What's on Disney Plus now?

A still from Olaf Presents

In short, there's a lot! Disney owns Star, Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, Fox, and National Geographic, so straight off the bat, there's a huge amount on offer to subscribers. Also, most of the films that are set in the Avengers universe are also on Disney Plus, except for some that involved different studios to Disney, such as Spider-Man.

Increasingly, theatrical content is landing straight on Disney Plus the same day it hits cinemas. The live-action film Jungle Cruise, starring Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson has been added to Disney Plus. Like the 101 Dalmations spin-off, Cruella and the animated feature film Luca, Jungle Cruise, Black Widow and Shang-Chi is available to stream through Premier Access.

Also on Disney Plus are the first two seasons of the popular The Mandalorian, the Mighty Ducks revival TV series Game Changers, and much-beloved MCU shows WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Speaking of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this summer introduced a new mini-series featuring the God of Mischief himself, Loki.

All the Star content that's landed this year has been worthwhile, too. With titles including Family Guy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The X-Files and Scrubs, and movies including Commando, The French Connection, Independence Day, Kingsman, Planet of the Apes and Starship Troopers.

Disney Plus also has a number of great Christmas titles being added to the platform. It means you can settle down and snuggle up to binge watch all your festive favourites (see below). There will even be a Christmas-themed Guardians of the Galaxy special that's totally exclusive to Disney Plus.

  • The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
